Advances in Food Safety and Technology (AFST) is an international, peer-reviewed scientific journal dedicated to advancing research and innovation in all aspects of food safety, food technology, and quality assurance. The journal provides an open platform for researchers, industry professionals, and policymakers to exchange knowledge that enhances the safety, sustainability, and technological progress of the global food system.
